Sunset Ridge

Established in 2007 and completed in 2012, Sunset Ridge is a Granada Hills neighborhood that’s mostly made up of attached homes, like townhouses. The homes here may be a little smaller than in Knollwood, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on average, but they still costs a pretty penny, selling for between $400-600K.

Woodland Granda

Like Sunset Ridge, this popular neighborhood in Granada Hills mostly features attached homes. Most of these homes have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sit on 2.75-acre lots. The average home in Woodland Granada is valued between $225-$440K, making this a reasonably priced area for many people moving to Granada Hills.

The cost of living in Granada Hills is high when compared to the national average, but pretty comparable to the cost of living in the rest of Los Angeles.
